Personal Competencies Summary Paper (26%)

Throughout the course, you have been challenged to expand your skills and knowledge in the field of assistive technology. The Personal Competencies Summary Paper allows you to engage in self-reflection and personal or professional goal setting. In this paper, you will do the following:

• summarize your learning into a concise appraisal of your current skills and knowledge in assistive technology
• identify weaknesses, and set goals to address those weaknesses
• integrate previous learning with learning gained in the course
• address the assistive technologies and issues explored in the course
• reflect on your sense of awareness and competency in relation to these assistive technologies and issues

Your paper is to be 12 to 15 word-processed pages in length, double-spaced. You are not required to reference this paper, nor are you required to follow APA style. Nonetheless, your paper must reflect integration and critical thought about the assistive technologies and issues presented in the required readings and the study process in the course. Be creative in how you present your learning.
