About Psychology 441

Welcome to Psychology 441: Experiential Learning and Reflective Practice 1. This course has been designed to provide you with a forum in which to demonstrate how your informal learning in the field of career development is related to the theory and practice provided in formal career development instruction. For the purposes of this course, it is assumed that your informal learning consists of the experiential learning that you have attained outside of a conventional program of studies. You may have obtained this experiential learning on the job, at weekend seminars or workshops, through hobbies, or through personal study.
