Accessing Books and Videos
By clicking on an entry that is labeled as either a book or video,
you will be redirected to the appropriate catalogue listing for the
resource in AU's AUCAT database. The resource can then be
ordered from the library by clicking on the Request This Item
button located in the top right hand corner of the menu bar. You will
be required to fill out a request form, and upon its submission, the
book or video will be mailed out to you.
Accessing Print-based Articles
Resources labeled as print-based articles are journal articles that
only exist in paper form. Unfortunately, they are not available
online. A print-based article can be ordered from the AU Library by
clicking on the appropriate entry and filling out the online request
form that you are directed to. Once you fill out and submit the form,
the AU Library will mail a copy of the article to you.
Accessing Online Articles
Online articles are journal articles which are available online,
and can be accessed through one of the electronic databases the AU
Library subscribes to. If you click on an entry to access an online
article, you will be prompted to enter your name and Student/Library
ID. Once you have been authenticated, you should be taken directly to
the online article.
To access a website, click on the entry for the website. You will
be immediately linked to the website.
