Course Structure
Update: The final exam now consists of 100 items,
40% of which are taken from the unit quizzes. In studying for the final
exam, it is therefore worthwhile to study the quizzes.
Update (Apr 3, 2007): Introducing PsyConnects the Centre for
Psychology's social

Update: The minimum requirement to pass a unit's
quiz has changed from 70% to 80%.
Note: Some students have indicated they have
had difficulties
in ascertaining the pronounciation of terms and names in the course. A
partial solution is use of an online dictionary with an audio interface,
like Webster's:

Psychology 375: History of Psychology comprises six units
as indicated below. Each unit covers approximately the same amount of
material. In some cases, however, the units focus on rather different
topics, mainly because the history of psychology is a diverse
field. Take the time now to browse through the Study Guide to
get an idea of the topics covered in the six units.
